Delivery Pricing

All Products are charged by weight and size by an independent Courier Company

We use a weight based system to add shipping charges. These prices are displayed when you proceed through to the checkout.

All delivery charges are subject to VAT at the current rate.  

Online Orders to UK Mainland Only

We are only able to process orders online for deliveries to mainland United Kingdom. This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern and the Republic Of Ireland and I.O.W. as well as Europe, Jersey and the Channel Isands.

Delivery Times

Most of our Larger Products are made to order and require specialised procedures – therefore it is difficult to issue precise delivery dates.

Where Products are in stock, a two week lead time should be sufficient.

We will notify you of any significant delay in delivering your items by telephone or email using the contact details you provide when you create an account.

All items should be despatched within 30 days of receiving your order.

Shipping times are a guideline only. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery. Remember that once your order leaves our warehouse, the carrier becomes fully responsible for delivery. We are not responsible for any issues arising from any other party once your order has successfully dispatched to the carrier. This includes damaged, delayed, lost or stolen shipments.   Obviously we are more than happy to help sort out any problems that may arise.
